Semester 2, Week 7 - OSSLT is this Thursday March 29

First of all, thanks to everyone who participated, helped, organized, cheered, and contributed in any other way towards our hugely successful 2nd Annual ELL Friendship Sports Cup this past Friday March 23rd.

Everything went off smoothly and everyone had a great time. Major thanks go out to the MIC executive members (especially Kevin, Sandrine, Richelle, and Sihwa) and the volunteers they recruited. Much thanks go to our Settlement workers, Miss Hunt, and Mr. Hospedales who were there to supervise and were there to help set-up at 2:45 pm to clean-up at 6 pm.

Here are a few images from this great event:

Don't forget that this coming Thursday March 29th is the OSSLT. We will have a modified school day. A letter was sent home with details regarding this special day. All grade 10's or those writing the OSSLT are to be at school at before 8:20 am to write the OSSLT at 8:30 am. All students NOT writing the OSSLT will arrive in time for the start of class at 12 noon.

The last day of the after school Literacy classes goes this Tuesday. All students must attend to make sure they get some important final preparation for the OSSLT.

Have a great week!
